Staff were very amiable and incredibly attentive!

the location was particularly good and magnificent, relatively near naniwagu site. restaurants and cafes were also near the hotel. our double room was more than air-conditioned. the food was fabulous, very good service.

A charming location but dated rooms

Great location near Osaka Castle and friendly staff. Plenty of convenience stores nearby, and the room was cleaned daily, always a plus.

fantastic restaurants

cramped room

The location was excellent, being close to

Osaka Castle and Dotonbori without the crowds. The room was comfortable but a bit cramped for our luggage. Service was attentive, and nearby eateries were fantastic. It was a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Facilities feel outdated!!! The air conditioning was subpar, hardly anything more than a fan!!! Room instructions were unclear, leading to confusion upon check-in!!! The size of the rooms makes it a challenge for two travelers!!!

I loved being just a short walk away from Osaka Castle and the beautiful Nakanoshima Park. The friendly staff and convenience of nearby subway access made exploring the city so easy.

We visited Osaka Castle and explored Shitennoji Temple. The subway station is super close, and there are convenience stores nearby. The staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and cozy enough for our group.

The location was AMAZING, just a short walk to the subway and Osaka Castle 🚇 The room was decent, but a bit cramped. Next time, I might skip the breakfast. It wasn't worth it.

It was just a suitable option for a cursory stop in Osaka with excellent value for money. The location is convenient, just six minutes from the train station, making it easy to travel around. Be prepared for some stairs when heading to the subway station.

Great stay with amazing staff!

The place was nice and clean. The staff was super helpful when I got sick. They really went out of their way to help me get to the hospital, and I appreciated that! The location was perfect, right by a subway station. Just heads up, the breakfast wasn't worth the money, better off grabbing food nearby.

Not for the faint of heart.

The staff figured out a way to help me out when I needed assistance with the laundry machine, even used Google Translate. Plus, they had umbrella rentals , a lifesaver when it started pouring on me.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the overall experience was still acceptable.
